The 2-1 loss to the Dallas Stars, a team now 5-1-0, looks admirable on paper. This was a team averaging nearly four goals per game and the Flyers held them to two. But those two goals came at costly times and the Flyers can certainly place blame on their lack of speed and sound play for that.
The Philadelphia Flyers (2-1-1) return to action tonight for the first time in six days. The Flyers will welcome the reigning Art Ross Trophy winner Jamie Benn and the Dallas Stars (4-1-0) to the Wells Fargo Center. Game time is 7:30.
